Yes. Zepco has successfully engineered custom solutions for global OEMs across Europe and the U.S., including a patented “e-Conversion Mode” inverter for a major European power electronics company. These inverters seamlessly operate in parallel with the bypass source, offer ultra-fast switching, and maintain near-unity power factor. With ground-up design expertise in analog/digital/power electronics, embedded firmware, and mechanical modeling (CFD/FEA), Zepco delivers tailored, production-ready designs at scale.
Unlike traditional EMS players, Zepco integrates design, manufacturing, testing, and box build under one roof—a rare capability in India. With a 350+ man-year experience team and tools like Altium, PSIM, Ansys, and SolidWorks, we cover the complete lifecycle: from schematic to simulation, to validation and final system build. Our associate EMS company has 3 SMT lines and is certified for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and EN ISO 13485, enabling scalable production across defense, EV, and industrial verticals.
